CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel any appointments online 12 hours before their appointment begin, no questions asked. For canceled appointments less than 6 hours clients will be charged half of services scheduled. Appointments canceled less than 2 hour clients is required to pay FULL PRICE for services scheduled. NO CALL NO SHOW is subject to blocked from scheduling future appointments. Canceling partial of your service upon arrival you will be charged half of those services you are requesting to canceled. If your appointment is canceled because you have exceeded the 20 minute grace period you will be charged 75% for scheduled services. ALL cancellations are documented repeated offenders will be terminated as clients at Beautifully Scarr’d Spa and Wellness indefinitely. If you leave before being serviced that is considered a NO CALL NO SHOW Appointment, you will be Charged the Fee of Cancellation. If the cancellation fees are not paid you can NEVER book services with us again.
